Worth Every Minute
How could you not go wrong with a line up of Bonnie Bedroque and Lucy Raitt? That's right off! I do think Lucy was being honest when she said she needed to and was working on being spontaneous, as proved by just when you thought you had heard the last song, now they were both on stage together dueting. I would see them again, again, and again repeatedly! I just can't say enough about their kindness, their respect for them, their talent, and outpouring of gratitude for their audiences and their ability to give you exactly what you had hoped for. I also want to Thank Toledo Ohio for being such a good audience and representative of our area as I do feel that was felt on their part. At least that was the impression I left with. It makes me appreciate the fact the Troubadour still exists and maybe even played a part in kick starting their parallel universes. What a treat for us! First off I have to add one thing.... hearing "Sunny Skies " with the dog video..... priceless!! I don't know what was in the air Tuesday night at the Huntington Center in Toledo, Ohio but the chemistry between both bands and the two of them as friends sent electrical wave lengths that we all rode out to the desirable end. Sounds like I'd make a good roadie...…. Lucy and Bonnie, you looking for an extra set of hands?? I can also sing back up!!
